The arbitration court of the Kaluga area on September, 11th, 2009 has passed the positive decision: to satisfy declared Open Companies "KITprom" claim requirements in full, to collect debts from Open Company "Avtocom-Snab" Kaluga in favour of Open Company "KITprom".

In Arbitration court of the Kaluga area in the open judicial session business under the claim of Open Company "KITprom" to Open Company "Avtocom-Snab" Kaluga about collecting debts on September, 7th, 2009 was considered.

 The court in structure of judge Kuznetsovoj T.G., at conducting the report by the secretary of judicial session Sychyovoj O.B., having considered the proofs presented by the claimant, has satisfied declared Open Companies "KITprom" claim requirements in full.

The decision of court: To collect in full from Open Company "Avtocom-Snab" Kaluga in favour of Open Company " КИТпром " the sum of the basic duty, the penalty for unpaid amount of the goods and charges on payment of a State Tax.

 Let's hope, that, the given fact will serve as caution for all defaulters.
