 Epoxy glass laminate sheet with foil GOST 10316-78. It is applied in instrument making, a radio engineering, electronics to manufacturing printed-circuit-boards. Supposes machining. Thickness of 0,5-3,0 mm. Time of stability to influence of the fused solder at t 260ºС not less than 20 сек. (1 class). Durability on peeling in an initial condition (for width of a strip of 3 mm) not less 4,5Н (1 class).

It is applied in a radio engineering, instrument making, electronics to manufacturing usual and multilayered printed-circuit-boards. Maximum permissible temperature from-60ºС up to +105ºС. Nominal thickness of 0,5 mm. A tangent of a corner of dielectric losses at frequency of 1 MHz after air-conditioning in conditions of 96 hours (40ºС) 93 % for thickness from 0,8 up to 3,0 mm no more than 0,030. Dielectric permeability at frequency of 1 MHz after air-conditioning in conditions of 96 hours (40ºС) 93 % no more than 5,5. Water absorption for thickness of 3,0 mm no more than 25 mg. Specific volumetric electric resistance after air-conditioning in conditions: 96 hours (40ºС) 93 % not less 1,0*1010 Оhm*m; 1 hour (125ºС) less than 20 % not less than 1,0*109 Оhm*m. Durability on  separation a contact platform not less than 60 N.The time of stability to influence of the fused solder at t 260ºС, not less 30s.
