 gPTFE Packing with Aramid Corners with PTFE impregnation

 The combined packing, which corners are done of an aramide fibre impregnated fluoroplastic by suspension, and the face part is done from gPTFE CGFO fibres. This structure increases lubricant ability of an aramide layer and improves durability CGFO of a fibre. Packing has very low factor of friction and good heat conductivity due to an additional graphite insert in comparison with similar packing from pure fluoroplastic  fibres.

The given packing comprises some unique properties: force of aramide fibres, high heat conductivity and low factor of friction gPTFE CGFO fibres.

 It is recommended to use in pumps with reciprocating type of rotation in mixers, contact devices and laking  to armature in the petrochemical industry, a pulp and paper industry.
