ASBESTOS PRODUCTS

  Company «Kitprom» offers various modern asbestos technical materials of own production. It is both asbestos cloth and аsbestos rope, аsbestos rubber sheets and asbestos tape . Except for it we offer asbestos packing  which are widely used in industry as thermo-insulating, gasket and making more compact materials.

    Asbestos concerns a natural version of the hydrosilicates easily split on thin strong fibres. These fibres represent crystals of rolled or tubular structure. The basic dignity ensuring high popularity of asbestos, that it has good dielectric capability. Production on its basis has found wide application as heat-resistant heat-insulating   a material, high-strength  of asbestos textolite , at manufacturing of items of industrial engineering, and also rubberized cloth.

 Methods of making of asbestos  yarn.

 Today there are two methods of creation from an asbestos yarn . They differ among themselves on cost, a method and labour intensity of process of creation. The first method name «the Damp method of production» (reduction which DF «clean free» translated from English as «free from a dust»).His, feature — that the asbestine fibre is stirred with water and PVA a dispersion. After that from this suspension, the special equipment, makes a yarn. The asbestos yarn dries within several days after that it is ready to production. The second method has a name «Dry method of production» (letter D "dust" in a translation from English — «a dust, dusty»). It consists in it the rotating equipment, the asbestine fibre is exposed to the wind on the basic yarn (a  yarn from fiber glass, lavsan, a clap).

 «A damp method of production», less labour-consuming that «the Dry method», therefore cost the equipment made from   yarn  DF is far more low, than cost of the equipment made from  yarn D. At  the  yarn DF has a unique defect — it is inadmissibility of contact to liquids, such as water, petroleum or oil. Therefore creation asbestos packing probably only from  yarn D.

 In our industry more widespread «Dry method of production», this  is explain costliness of domestic asbestos raw materials  as compared to the analogical imported wares. Except for it international classification of technical asbestos raw materials   wares has substantial differences from Russian classification.

 Difference of asbestos  yarn on maintenance asbestos.

On maintenance asbestos a yarn is divided by brands: 4А, 3А, 2A, A, В,С.
