Graphite leaf the reinforced cross-section-exhaust tin (stainless steel, nickel) thickness 0,05 mm. The maintenance of graphite more than 98 %, density of graphite weight of 1,0 g/sm3.

Reinforcing is made by a foil of following kinds:

 1. A leaf from steel 1.4301 (304) — nontoxical, not magnetic, not tempered, steady against corrosion steel.

 2. The leaf from steel 1.4401 (316) — differs from steel 1.4301 addition of 2-3 % of molybdenum. It considerably increases its ability to resist to corrosion and influence of acids. Steel 1.4401 has higher antimagnetic characteristics and not magnetic.

 3. Other metals (Nickel sheets, copper, etc.)

The given kind reinforcement provides the best parameters of compressibility and restorability a material as forms in a steel reinforcing plate through three-dimensional chambers, and thus, the bottom and top layers of graphite, are not separated, and form, together with a steel core, a uniform design. The given way of reinforcing promotes decrease in gas permeability in comparison with a graphite leaf reinforced by a smooth metal foil. It allows to use linings from the reinforced graphite leaf in conditions with more high pressure.

It is used for manufacture of various industrial sealing linings in the petrochemical, mining industry, in pumps, flanges and  laking to armature.

It is used in pair, mineral oil, heat-conducting oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, water, sea water.

Keeps constant elasticity and an equal surface under cyclic temperature conditions, does not grow old, to not become fragile. Does not show fluidity at low or heats. Long time does not lose compressibility and elasticity irrespective of temperature.
