 Fiber sheet insulating marks Э1  TУ 5458-835-0248643-92. Fiber-the pressed, flexible and strong paper weight used as insulating a material. It is applied for to manufacturing insulating details and for the general industrial application. The main application of a fiber goes in the electrical engineer. In arc chambers. At formation of an arch at break or short circuit of contacts, the fiber allocates special gas which extinguishes this arch. Also the fiber is applied as sealing materials in engineering, instrument making, motor industry and so on. Fibre plastic is used in metallurgy as a sealing material (on a high pressure). The fiber is applied as condensation in the sanitary technician and in admission  gas. The fiber not static, it does not accumulate a static electricity, because of it it is applied in the weaver's industry (special basins for stacking cotton  are made and they do not stick to walls at stacking). Also the fiber in very big expand goes on manufacturing of details of isolation railway  (a lining between rails).

The sizes 0,6*1200*1700 mm; 1*1200*1700 mm; 1,5*1200*1650м mm; 2*1250*1030 mm; 3*1100*1300 mm.

 The characteristic of a fiber: Low density, high mechanical parameters, including high durability, elasticity, good crashworthiness,  stability deleting, high electro-and heat-insulated properties, stability to action of gasoline, benzene, oils, oil, spirit, an ether and organic solvents, incombustibility. Ecologically pure product.

The fiber can work in a range of temperatures from-40 up to 120 С. Maintains long cooling up to-80 C, restoring the properties after heating to a room temperature.

Processing of a fiber: Filing, polishing, sawing , a stamping,riveting, cutting, turning processing, planing, milling, cutting down, boring, a deep extract, pressing, punching, bending, thread cutting, pasting, grinding, varnishing.
