Oil Varnished synthetic cloth 2310

Electrical insulating material — cambric on the basis of a kapron fabric and oil polymer. It is applied as  electrical insulating a material to long work at temperature up to 105 C  in conditions of normal relative humidity of an environment (relative humidity of 45-75 % at temperature 15-35). With the raised elasticity. Nominal thickness 0,10; 0,12; 0,15 mm. A penetrative pressure on electrodes in diameter of 6 mm: up to an excess from 5,0 up to 7.8 kÂ, after an excess from 4,2 up to 6,6 kÂ.

Oil Varnished synthetic cloth 2310 It is applied to work on air under normal climatic conditions. It is supposed works in transformer oil.

Oil Varnished synthetic cloth 2310. It is applied as electrical insulating a material to long work on air at temperature up to 105 C  in conditions of normal relative humidity of an environment (relative humidity of 45-75 % at temperature 15), nominal thickness of 0,15 mm. An average penetrative pressure on electrodes in diameter of 6 mm; up to an excess 6-9,5 kÂ, after an excess 3,6-5,5 kÂ.

Oil Varnished Silk cloth 2210  ( on silk basis )

Use at quality electrical insulating material  for long working at temperature to +105° Ñ.  With small shrinkage and firmness  to brief rise of temperature, possible in process  of assembling electrical machine and  transformer in condition relative humidity environmental conditions.( relative humidity 45-75 % at temperature 15-35 ºC). Nominal thickness  0,08-0,15 mm.

Shrinkage cambric on basis after processing at temperature  105ºC in flow 6 hours not
exceed 1%. Breaking-down voltage on electrode diameter 6 mm : to bend  4,5-8,5  kB,  after bend 3,0-6,6 kB.

Application: 2210 it is applied to long work on air at temperature up to 105°Ñ and relative humidity of an environment of 45-75 % at 15-35°Ñ. Short-term rise in temperature during soldering is supposed at installation of electric machines, devices and transformers. 2210 -it is applied to work on air under normal climatic conditions. Work in transformer oil is supposed. A class heat stability of material -A(105°Ñ).
