Poliester film

 Manufacture Poliester film is similar to manufacture polypropylene. They can be named "kings" of all film. They possess excellent stability to external influences, high durability, stability of the sizes, rigidity, chemical stability, the big breaking strength, an excellent transparency and magnificent appearance. The PET-FILM do not demand crown processing. These are the most thin of a film.

 Thickness Poliester film Fasson 23-53 microns Lacks same, as well as at software-film: smaller flexibility, than at ПЭ-and PVC-film, they wear out stamps more. Most main lack ПЭТФ-film is high cost. They in 3-4 times are more dear, than ПЭ-and software-film. Occurrence of a static electricity can strongly influence quality of a press to influence occurrence of a statistical electricity.

 Poliester film is made from polyethylene terephthalate by a method extrusion liquid on a surface is shaky with the subsequent orientation, and cooling of a cloth. The film is issued in rolls by thickness from 12 up to 250 microns and width from 6 up to 1500 mm

 Alongside with chemical stability the film possesses the raised mechanical properties, dielectric parameters in a wide range of temperatures, high temperature constancy and small shrinkage. It is used for isolation of wires and cables, windings electromachines and devices, for grooving isolation stator  electric motors of a wide interval of capacities, for products of radio engineering purpose, and also in the polygraphic and furniture industry.

 Temperature range of operation of a film from-65 up to 155 °С.

  Film let out in the form of the cloth which have been reeled up in a roll on the cardboard-paper, metal or plastic core with internal diameter (76±1) mm and (152±3) mm. Under the order it is possible it is sharp for desirable width of rolls and delivery of rolls with external diameter up to 600 mm.
