Tubes and plugs micanite. TU 21-25-50-79. It is applied to electric isolation of conductors of the current working at heats. Are made of mica on chromia-alumina, shellac, gluceryl-phtalate binding thermal-life up to 500 °С. Internal diameter-5-70 mm., external diameter up to 75 mm., length-25-850 mm., thickness wall-1,5-15 mm. Electric durability not less than 5 kB/mm.Micanite products are intended for electric isolation of conductors of the current working at heats. Are applied as electroinsulators at temperature up to 500 degrees inclusive. Are produced from mica on chromia-alumina, shellac, gluceryl-phtalate binding thermal-life up to 500 C.

Technical requirements on plugs, washers, tubes, linings mica insulating.

2. Limit-in the diameters (1;-1) mm;

- On length (5;-5) mm; (1;-1) mm (depending on the size).

3. Electric durability — not less 10кВ/mm

4. The worker temperature-up to 800ºС (it is caused by temperature of decomposition слюды-natural dielectric)

5. Thickness of washers, lining-0,5 mm, it is possible to use a set on some pieces.

 Characteristics mica products correspond to requirements TU 21-25-49-79 « Washers and linings from thermopertinacious mica » and TU 21-25-50-79 « Tubes and plugs mica ». 1. Technical requirements

Tubes and plugs should correspond to requirements of the present specifications.

1.1.2. Maximum deviations tube and plugs should not exceed the values specified in tabl.2

 1.1.3.Tubes and plugs of other sizes can be made under the agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.

 1.1.4. To manufacturing tubes and plugs should be applied:

pinch mica phlogopite in accordance with GOST 9028-78; shellac under the documentation approved when due hereunder; a paper telephone in accordance with GOST 3553-73; spirit hydrolytic in accordance with GOST 17299-71.

 1.2. Characteristics

 1.2.1. The maintenance of mica in tubes and plugs should be not less than 70 %.

 1.2.2. Presence of a paper inside tubes and plugs and small folds on an external surface is not a rejection attribute.

1.3. Packing and marks

1.3.1. Mica tubes and plugs should be packed into boxes in accordance with GOST 2991-76, laid out by a water-proof paper in accordance with GOST 8828-75 or GOST 515-77, or a paraffin paper in accordance with GOST 9569-65.

Packing should be for protection from moving tubes and plugs inside of a box at transportation.

1.3.2. The weight gross a box should not exceed 60 kg.

1.3.3. In each box the packing leaf in which it is underlined is put:

The name of manufacturer;

 Symbol of production;

 Net weight in kgs;

Date of packing;

Number of a box;

Number of the presents TU;

1.3.4. Marks of transport container in accordance with GOST 14192-77 with the instruction of following designations:

  The addressee;

 Destination;

 Symbol of production;

Number of a party;

 Number of a box;

Weight gross and net in kgs;

The sender;

 Place of departure;

 Precautionary sign: "Avoids damp".

 2.acceptance

 2.1. For check of conformity of production to requirements of the present specifications should be spent acceptance, periodic and standard tests.

2.2. Each party трубок and plugs on 1.1.1-1.1.3 should be subjected to acceptance tests; 1.2.2; the present specifications.

2.3. The party is considered production of one size accompanied by one document simultaneously shipped to one consumer.

 The weight of a party should not exceed 100 kg.
